(FULL STORY) The 'nurse' on the album is former adult film star Janine Lindemulder, and on the back of the record, band members Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge can be seen standing before the model in their boxers. Over two decades since the album's release, Lindemulder looks totally different.
