After doing my morning administrative duties...I like to decompress and shift from responsible senior vice president of programming staffer to less responsible classic rock DJ dude. So when I have a minute or two between the two...I like to escape and transition by playing some guitar. Before tranquilizers and anti-depressants...there were motorcycles and guitars...my two favorite meds!
