There is always hope...

I have lost family...friends and acquaintances to suicide. Speaking from personal experience...getting through the night is the beast. A new day always brings hope. It is completely confidential and you will not be judged or belittled. You are special. You are not insignificant. You are vital. Make it through the night...and the new day will reveal to you that the pain is not as great...the hope flickers. Fan it to a flame. It does get better.
